Dancing Under the Stars

 The 6th annual Dancing Under the Stars will again be the best party in Southern Arizona and hope you will be able to attend!

Please join us on Saturday, September 7, 2024 to enjoy a fun-filled evening under the stars atthe beautiful Vera Earl Ranch in Sonoita, Arizona. Enjoy the view of the Santa Rita mountains as your backdrop and then watch an amazing sunset! The party begins at 5 pm and continues to 10:30 pm. There is live music and dancing to the Billy Shaw Jr. Band, raffles, silent auction and live auction. The evening includes a catered dinner with great tasting food and a hosted open bar with a choice of refreshments. For
those that enjoy horseback riding we have a 12-noon horseback ride for two plus hours with a tea stop for refreshments. Horse rentals are available, and you can bring your RV, camper or horse trailer and camp on the property. After the live auction has ended enjoy dancing, or by relaxing at the campfire!

For those that do not want to drive we also offer bus transportation to and from the event departing from the Hilton Tucson East Hotel at 7600 E. Broadway. If you wish to extend your evening there is a room block available for our Party guests.

The event is Western themed so wear casual, comfortable clothing, including shoes for outdoor activities. Western attire is perfect so wear your boots, jeans and cowboy hats!

Directions to the Event: Head east from Tucson on Interstate 10, then go south on Highway 83 for approximately 24 miles. Just after mile marker 35, turn right onto Santa Rita Ranch Road and follow the signs to the party.
